2016 Skin Fermented Chardonnay paired with the Alaskan Black Cod Ramen Bowl, served with oyster mushroom, green onion, bok choy, baby carrot and fennel miso broth

2015 Atlas West Cabernet Sauvignon paired with the Grilled Bone-In Elk Chop, served with bacon and scallion farro, crispy broccolini, cherry compote
